All jewellery is made to order, so may differ very slightly from the picture.

 

Delivery is usually within 10 days.

 

No two beads are the same, an amazing quality of handcrafted art.

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation will not be accepted after this time has elapsed and no refund will be given.

Delivery will be by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

 

Please provide a delivery address as items will need to be signed for.

 

No refunds are given. Any faulty jewellery will be repaired at no extra cost.

All items are delivered gift-wrapped in beautiful personalised boxes.

 

Items intended as a gift will not be delivered with a reciept.

 

Invoices/reciepts will be emailed (to save trees) unless a paper one is required.

 

Items will be delivered in plain padded envelope.

 

Jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
